Christina Gilyutin

Farber Program and Recruitment Manager


Christina manages the Farber Program helping to inspire and train the next generation of social entrepreneurs. In addition to overseeing the Farber Program, Christina supports professional development initiatives enabling REDF staff to achieve their highest potential. She is also increasing the ways in which REDF finds and recruits quality talent for scalable capacity-building.

Prior to joining REDF, Christina was the Assistant Director of the Center for Socially Responsible Business and MBA Career Advisor at the Lorry I. Lokey Graduate School of Business at Mills College in Oakland, CA. Prior to that, she served as the Chief Career Coach at Bright Green Talent, a sustainability focused recruiting firm based in London and San Francisco. She also spent over four years as a litigation consultant providing legal support services to Fortune 500 companies and law firms engaged in bankruptcy litigation and class action law suits.

Christina holds a BA in International Relations from Stanford University and earned a dual MBA/MS in Natural Resources & Environment through the University of Michigan’s Erb Institute for Global Sustainable Enterprise. In her free time, Christina enjoys biking, snowboarding, reading nonfiction and acrobatics.
