The REDF Farber Program develops leaders who will effect social change. Over the past fourteen years, the Farber Alumni community has grown to over 100 former interns and fellows.

Farber Alumni are starting new social enterprises, managing nonprofits and foundations, working in socially responsible companies, consulting to mission-driven organizations, and serving on Boards of Directors.

Over two-thirds of Farber Alumni are in positions focused on changing society for the better.
