SFCC Farber Fellow

Prior to starting work at San Francisco Conservation Corps (SFCC), Jennifer launched the publishing and educational games company SmartsCo. Her previous nonprofit work experience includes roles as a Program Officer at the Kaiser Family Foundation, Clinic Administrator at the Haight Ashbury Free Clinic and work as a marketing consultant to various nonprofits.

Jennifer has a BA in History from Brown and an MPH from Berkeley. Jennifer is leading SFCC’s business expansion planning.


Minakshi Radhakrishnan

Minakshi Radhakrishnan

Clean City Farber Fellow

Minakshi was a Farber Intern at The Society of St. Vincent de Paul of Alameda County (SVdP) in 2007, where she helped optimize the performance of their thrift stores and developed a management dashboard that the store managers could use. Minakshi worked with REDF during her second year of business school to create a generic tool from this dashboard. She presented this tool at the SEA conference in March 2008. Prior to business school Minakshi worked in operations for Expertus and as a fashion buyer.

Minakshi has a BA in Psychology from Berkeley, a Masters in fashion buying from the Instituto Marangoni in Milan, and an MBA from Darden Graduate School of Business. Minakshi is working with Clean City on their business expansion planning.
