The REDF Farber Program trains leaders who will effect social change.  Through the Farber Program, REDF offers summer and year-long job opportunities in the field of social enterprise to MBA students and graduates. 

Farber Fellowships
REDF offers full-year fellowships for MBA graduates and individuals with appropriate business experience.

REDF offers MBAs a unique opportunity to use their business and management skills within a social enterprise.

Over the past eleven years, the Farber Alumni community has grown to over 90 former interns and fellows.
