Working directly with REDF’s President, the Executive Assistant will perform administrative duties in support of the Office of the President, including varied and complex scheduling of meetings, document creation and travel arrangements. The Executive Assistant holds a unique role in the organization, developing a close working relationship with the President and interacting with Board members and other vital stakeholders to REDF. Intersecting with all facets of the organization, the Executive Assistant knows how to handle situations with tact, and has an attitude of ‘yes!.’

Under the supervision of the Portfolio Manager or the Enterprise Development Manager, each Farber Fellow will assist REDF and its portfolio organizations by managing hands-on, high-impact social enterprise business assistance projects. Fellows will also participate in REDF’s overall portfolio strategy development, portfolio due diligence, and field building and knowledge development through tool creation and presentations.
