Historically, we have worked with a portfolio of strong, mature nonprofit organizations that

• Are dedicated to reducing poverty through employment opportunities for people with significant barriers to employment in California
• Have a social enterprise in place or have elements of employment focused social enterprise in place such as job training/placement, earned income, paid employment of target population, etc.
• Are interested in and have the capacity to be a part of a highly-engaged funding partnership with REDF, focusing on starting or growing social enterprise(s)
